Shipping Policy

Shipping with in a ten mile radius is free with a minimum order of One Ton and this will include loading your hay in the barn. Currently we do not unload and 1/3 and 1 ton blocks.

Shipping over a ten mile radius will have an access charge of $1.00 per mile. We do supply pallets at a cost or $5.00 per pallet 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our products in that they are not fresh, and are not the product that you ordered please let us know and we’ll make it right and replace the items in question. We treat your satisfaction seriously
